HIPAA Compliance Storyline Vyond

I used ADDIE to develop privacy protection training through SME collaboration and needs analysis.

  • For employees and staff to review company guidelines when handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Focuses on practical scenarios and considerations
  • Developed to match branding guidelines

The controls and menus in the course are unlocked for easier navigation

Storyline & JavaScript Storyline JavaScript Power Automate Excel Web Design

I incorporated JavaScript into Storyline to enhance functionality and create customized training experiences.

  • Created a custom JavaScript certificate generator for foster parents
  • Routes learners from Storyline to a website via encrypted URL to prevent tampering
  • Tracked using Microsoft Power Automate: used by 100+ foster parents daily
  • The output from Power Automate is used to generate a database for internal users to regenerate certificates and edit information as needed
  • Saves thousands of dollars monthly by replacing third party certificates
  • Available as a user-friendly team template so all members of our L&D team can utilize it

Created this video to launch our reaccreditation process.

  • I was provided with a script, a car graphic, and a map graphic
  • The audio, scenes, and all other video elements were created by me in Vyond

This video shows the employee process for viewing their work schedule and requesting changes

  • I collaborated with SMEs for this video made on a tight deadline to coincide with a new process launch
  • The screen recordings, graphics, audio, and all other video elements were created by me in Vyond
  • Redaction of personal information was done in Adobe Premiere

Training Plan Outline Proposal Microsoft Word

Developed training plan for complex database operations through cross-departmental SME interviews.

  • I interviewed SMEs from seven different departments to identify the 2-4 most important tasks for new department members to know how to do
  • Due to the complexity of the program, I recommended a two part training: an introduction video, and a peer-to-peer training guide
  • These formats were chosen to ensure clarity in foundational knowledge while addressing the nuanced, complex tasks unique to each team
  • The proposal involved several rounds of interviews and approvals from SMEs, and was approved for development

Fundraiser Tracking Spreadsheet Google Sheets

Created a fundraiser tracking system for a middle school band program.

  • I created tabs for each class period to log student data, checked-out boxes, and payments, synced with physical receipt books
  • I incorporated formulas, QUERY, XLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, arrays, conditional formatting, and pivot tables to auto-calculate balances, totals, and track top sellers
  • This sheet simplified fundraiser management for teachers, providing real-time metrics and reducing manual tracking errors

Report: Screen Time for Young Children Google Slides Google Scholar

Researched and developed screen time recommendations for preschool classrooms based on stakeholder concerns.

  • I met with teachers, administrators, and parents to discuss their concerns
  • I analyzed studies on child development and screen time, synthesizing findings into actionable insights to address stakeholder concerns
  • I condensed research into a visually engaging Slides document, aligned with Bluum’s style guide for clarity
  • I empowered teachers and administrators with data-driven strategies to address parent concerns, receiving widespread positive feedback.
